Well said mate.

The FA clearly have no fuckin' clue about their own rules and regardless of how many unfair decisions they give against United, "I would love it, just love it" when/if we lift that trophy next May despite all the knockbacks.

Gary Neville pointed it out and he was spot on, nobody at the FA understands their rules to enforce them and something needs to be done about it. Now, if only Gary Neville, or someone with the same sense, worked at the FA. English football would be a far better place.

Absolutely spot on, one minute the FA are following the letter of the law and have no choice but to send Scholes and Rooneys report to the "independant disciplinay commitee" that so ridiculously upheld both their bans.

They take no retrospective action on Brown who's challenge was just as malicious and intended as Thatchers but just so happened to do no lasting damage to Giggs, why? because "the rules say so" but then a big fuss is made over the Mendes incident and all of a sudden they have a change in policy and the rules are, quite rightly, bent so that proper disciplinary action can be taken against Thatcher.

I don't understand how they justify such actions and my lack of respect for them is quickly turning into contempt.

At the risk of writing a wordy article about the two standards the FA seems to have in these matters I'll just say that you'd have to be completely blind or just delusional to not think that the challenges by Brown and Thatcher deserve more than a red card. One law for them, one law for us.
