At the moment, I don't know what the hell to expect.

Let's wait for the window to close...can't say much about it till we know for sure who will be playing for us this season.

PL: sustained title challenge and ultimately finished 2nd/3rd at the least. CL: knockout stages FA: at least 1/4 finals. ideally win it of course. C1: no expectations. blood youth, give fringe players minutes to keep sharp.
Squad: i expect us to be 1 or most 2 players short of a perfect squad by the end of the season. which means probably 2 more additions between the end of the summer window and january.

PL: 'Title Challenge' - be in the mix until at least March and end up in the CL places (3rd or higher really but 4th is ok if its a very tight 4-way title race). CL: Quarter Finals - First in group and last 8. Will amend to 2nd round if we get a very tough group draw and a very tough 2nd round draw FA Cup: Semis - A good cup run for the first time in ages please. Really I'd like to win it but that's a lot to ask. Capital One Cup - Quarters and give kids some gametime - I'm expecting gametime for Wilson and Perriera especially here. QFs not even that important but no early exit this time please. We're already further in it than last year...

A trophy is the BARE MINIMUM this season. For us to go 3 seasons without winning something, in the modern day, is unacceptable.

Expectations?
Silverware, end of. Personally, every season I expect us to set out with the ambition winning every competition we enter, but the FA Cup, Premier League and League Cup would suffice this season. Good showing in Europe.

PL: 1st or 2nd CL: Quarters at least FA: Win League Cup: As has been said, quarters at least with youngsters getting loads of game time...
In a nutshell, we MUST win silverware of some kind and it would be great to get our trophy back...

My expectations? Everton & Leicester to get relegated.
Ohh, regarding expectations for the biggest club in the world - Trophy, trophy & trophy. And I expect Memphis to fight tooth & nail for the Golden Boot. High expectations I know, but possible.

Top 4 would be a great season for us considering the players we have let go. Getting more like Arsenal! Even that seems like a stretch at the moment.

There are one or two people on here who add absolutely nothing to discussion. Just constant misery. Everyone vents sometimes but they can also add well thoughout opininions or humour.

Same as any other. A trophy and challenging on multiple fronts. No more excuses for LVG or the players.

Everyone stays fit, 3rd or 4th in the league, quarters of CL and hopefully the F.A cup. We could go nuts in January though, and do better.

Get rid of captain wonder bollocks or even bench him in a lot of games. Nuff said.
