you could wait for the Ryzen 5 series or even the 3 series. 400 for a whole system? I assume its euros?

I assume its euros? yeah euros or franks.it doesnt matter,almost the same anyway. i know its not a lot but i'm sure i could find a decent system for that money so that i can play skyrim on "high"+extra mods. or am i wrong here?how much would the ryzen 5 or 3 be?

ok i just browsed a bit and found that the ryzen 5 costs about 300.but its just the cpu right?with all the other components i'll need for a whole system its not gonna be affordable for me i guess. plus,i would have no idea how to put everything together😁

I wouldn't buy a system with SLI or CrossFire. It is problematic from the software side. It doesn't always work and if it does then there can be other issues like graphical glitches or micro stuttering. Also the memory on the cards doesn't add up which means two cards with 1 GByte memory each will run out of the memory sooner than one card with 2 GByte memory.

I have built several, and it used to be good way to go, watch for sales etc, but any more, I think buying one made to spec is about the same as paying retail an building it yourself. (Hardest thing about DYI is getting started, once you get going it is pretty simple to follow the blueprints.) You want, check some of those small companies that build them, are some good deals, or as good as they get deals to be had.

So I've just bought myself a new mouse, mechanical keyboard and mouse pad to replace my 10+ year old keyboard and mouse. Good job I've paid my bills this month.
