Ronaldo made a mistake, at least he wasn’t coasting for the last 12 months or running to his PR to excuse his performances as some of our players have.. Now that’s disrespect. Ronaldo spent the entire summer openly trying to leave the club. He only stayed because there were literally zero takers. And what, he’s the victim of a witch hunt? Please. The other night was a culmination of his clear desire to get the fuck out of Utd. It wasn’t a ‘mistake’, it was him using his final card to force an exit. Which he will hopefully now get. That’s not what Roy Keane said on Sky Sports, he said the club refused.

When will people digest this and accept it. He wanted out, compromise on fee was reached with Mendes (who was dead confident that he would be able to get Ronaldo another club). In the end no one bar Boehly and mid east clubs were having it. H was gonna give an interview (let's not forget this) because he was totally convinced he would be off. Personally i think the whole not showing up for the tour put some clubs off. You look at the age, profile of player in terms of what he brings on the pitch, how long he has left and then you factor in the attitude and you just say 'no not for us'. There are certain things you tolerate from a young sportsman and unfortunately when they are towards the end of their career, that tolerance wanes.

We were weeks into the transfer window, we had achieved the square root of fuck all - as usual - and Mendes released a statement that that isn't what Ronaldo signed up for so wanted to move. The club prevented him from completing that move and then the new manager has proceeded to fail to integrate the greatest player in football history into his side.

The man is not above what the manager is trying to achieve, every fan should know this. Ronaldo went to far and naturally because of who he is he will be held to a higher standard. Maguire is gonna rot somewhere and he gets his abuse loud and clear. Shaw will get sold once malacia is fully up and running

We’ve been here before when the Glazers have refused to let players leave. It’s what they do. They wouldn’t sell Rojo to Everton because they were seen as a rival, wanted 20 million for Darmian and want to give Rashford a new contract despite half arsed performances for the last 12 months.

What Ronaldo did or didn’t do, what Mended did or the Glazers or ETH…all irrelevant…I also think he is the GOAT and it was great having him back but what he did the other night is IMO inexcusable…
He has always been the ultimate professional but this was massively unprofessional…
He needs to leave and that’s a shame…but if there is a taker for him then that’s the best for all concerned…

Look at the pathetic summer we had , you think that Ronaldo didn’t see that and thought I’m off ?
The only reason we got our act together was because of Brighton and Brentford, the scum would have kept their wallets closed otherwise.
Unlike many of our fans Ronaldo saw the club for what it is now.
Fergie sold him a lie.
He went about it the wrong way but I completely understand his feelings.

There's no denying what the Glazers do. Nobody can argue with that. But they didn't cause a spectacle during the summer up until deadline day in him wanting a move away. Him and his agent did and they knew exactly what they were doing by doing that. Pogba did this and people told him to fuck off out of the club, same applies to anyone else. If a player wants a move away I have no issue with that. But I do have an issue with how they conduct themselves about doing it.

A mistake? 🤦♂️ Guess you missed the whole saga during pre season with his agent about a move away then. Did he come out and publicly state it was untrue? No he carried it on and let the rumours continue. If that's not disrespect I don't know what is. Funny how excuses get made for some players behaviour whilst with others get destroyed for it. This all stems from the Glazers not allowing him to leave in the first place despite him having offers in the summer. Roy Keane said as much . ETH was happy to go along with this. You think if the Glazers still wanted him now ETH would have been allowed to do this ? Kindly detail the offers Ronaldo had in the summer.

The club don’t care about rotten apples unless it suits.

Ronaldo and Mendes knew exactly what they were doing during the summer. Instead of quashing rumours he led people on by informing people he would address them during an interview in a few weeks time. Sorry but that's the ultimate disrespect there. It's one thing disrespecting the club but it's another thing entirely doing it to the fans. It was a slap in the face. Any other player doing that would have been turned on instantly.

However, it's basically irrelevant to the hysterical hypocritical knicker-twisting I am seeing from some people about how dreadful Ronaldo is. That is my issue.
