Calming down now after todays match (best forgotten). Watching a golden oldie, Apocalypse Now (1979). Don't mean to ruin it for you but you should try Apocalypse Now Redux. It completes the threads and tells the more complete story.

Was watching the BBC early morning news up to 15 minutes ago. Switched over to something else because I got pissed off with them showing the Southampton goal about 7 times in 50 minutes. If we had beaten them then I am sure they would have shown it only once. I think they must have Lineker and co as silent sports editors.

Has anybody seen this film? I noticed it coming on at 2200hrs on the Syfy+1 channel. Looking at the right up's on Wikipedia I can't say if I have seen it before but I do like Will Smith films.

Based upon the Asimov book of the same name. It wasn't too bad and many Asimov fans thought it was a fair rendition.

Been watching Quantum Leap and the film follows.

Shame he's a bit funny looking or he'd be getting bigger parts - bit like a US version of our own gem Toby Jones

"American Sniper"
Can't describe how good this film is. Cooper is utterly brilliant, and the flick is, IMO, Eastwood's best, one for the ages. It hit me very much like the "Deerhunter" or Platoon did when I first saw them. Incredibly powerful film.
It transcends being "rated" on any scale I can think of, just needs to be seen

Even watched Dirty Harry again the other night and I have lost count of the times I have watched it.
