well maybe the guys you played just plain sucked Tbh i dont really see how a controller would ever be advantageous against a mouse. Though halo is somewhat point click style shooting isnt it. Not really much skill and control needed as compared to say counterstrike for example. Aka dumbed down for consoles.

Not really much skill and control needed as compared to say counterstrike for example. Aka dumbed down for consoles. You'd be suprised at how much harder it actually is to use a controller than a mouse. I mean aiming with a mouse you used your whole hand, as with a controller you use your thumb. Anyways halo is a lot less point and click then you think, it takes four head shots with a BR to kill someone, and like 7-8 to the body. If you're like me I get a head shot almost everytime. Try getting four headshots in a row while dodging shots coming in at you, especially when you get shot first. Then tell me that its dumbed down for consoles Also, counter-strike tbh I think is more of a point and click cause one shot your dead pretty much. it's easy for me to shoot someone once and have it done with than to have to shoot multiple times to get a kill. just my opinion though.

yeh i didnt word it so well, i meant point click, hold down, kinda removes 'reaction time' from the equation. It very slow paced by true fps standards. Obviously though controllers are harder to use for the game style, i never suggested otherwise. Thus it strikes me as to how u would beat people so easily They are so cumbersome and ungainly, not really befitting of FPS games. They do much better though for thing like PES, beat em ups etc. Still each to their own, u could sit me at an xbox and spank me all day on halo, but i'd spank you all day at CS Oh and all games are 'dumbed down' for consoles, thats why games never come out exactly the same for each platform. The one time ive heard of a developer trying to make a game where pc gamers and xbox gamers compete together online, their way was to destroy the accuracy of a mouse. theres a reason most console games come with auto aim and pc never do.

Actually, you don't 'hold down' at all, the BR is semi-auto with 3 burst shots. you have to hit the head with 4 bursts to kill a person Anyways here's some more screens, they finally uploaded my best and favorite one "I Hate You" hope you like! I hate you.... Sweet backroud
