Shouldn't be taking pics or vids during the game. In my opinion, anyway.

And you should be only taking them prematch, half or fulltime, if that.
I can't hear you singing in the vid, for example. And we get the tourists thing and with you taking pics and vids makes it even worse.

It wasn't helped with the fact everyone around me was shouting as well remember!
Does it make me a tourist?

No, just a poor fan. At least they had their phones in their pocket and were singing.

Tomo, I just disagree with taking stuff during a match. We're already tarnished, why damage us some more?
I know you lto are just gonna say "it's a few pics", but it's principle. You memorise games, no need for hardware.

Yeh I agree with you, I've never taken a pic or video during a game before, got a vid of the post-Liverpool away last season at Anfield, that's the only time, but it's nice for people on here who can't get to matches to see pics and videos.

Thing is, they're nearly always shit quality anyway. Even if you had a decent recording device, by the time you've been bumped about by those around you the film just gives you motion sickness.

There is no harm in taking out a camera for a minute and taking a few pictures. It's just nice to look back on, and doesn't make you any less of a "proper red" just because you are not singing for 30 seconds and want to remember the day.

That picture and video took all of...er...less than a minute! Which means that there was at least another 90minutes of me singing, clapping and shouting during the game nobrob (oops).

Nobrob... Original.
Like I said, it's not about atmosphere. It's about how we look to everyone else. Pre and post match are alright I guess, as the game's over.

Technology is here and isn't going anywhere, and if you're holding up a camera phone while singing and watching the match I don't see the harm in it. The "tourists" sit and watch the match yet there's complaints about them too so I'd much rather have someone one up and singing (camera phone or otherwise) than sitting and watching without making a sound. Besides, the images taken give everyone on here a first hand look into one person's match day experience.
