Express YourselfDownloadLinkReviewWell, it's obvious any best of album to do with NWA is going to be great. The band were only together for five years between 1986-1991 and since then the only ones to have found the spotlight have been Dr. Dre (success through The Chronic & Chronic 2001) and Ice Cube (AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted, Laugh Now Cry Later & films such as Boyz N Tha Hood, the Friday Trilogy and Barbershop), Eazy E passed away in 1995 due to AIDs after releasing successful album "It's On" while MC Ren, DJ Yella and co. have very rarely been in the spotlight. This album brings together some of rap's classics such as "Fuck Tha Police", "Straight Outta Compton" and "Express Yourself" with some of NWA's lesser known tracks to all in all make for an enjoyable hip hop album. This is a must have if you enjoy listening to rap, especially "gangsta rap" at it's early stages. You may have seen images of Eazy E & Co. sitting in the studio holding AK-47s and smoking weed, well this album does nothing but enhance that sort of reputation. Enjoy.
