I've played 10 Prem games and won all ten. I've also played 3 Champeions league games and won 2 and drawn one of them. The only signing I made was Striker Hentalaar and he's my top scorer with 12 goals in all comps  A Surprising player on form for me has been Pique who's got a form rating of 7.53 after 11 games |

Just a bit of advice to anyone who downloaded it from the link - Don't install the new patch they've released, it demands for you to insert a disk when you start it up.

Just a bit of advice to anyone who downloaded it from the link - Don't install the new patch they've released, it demands for you to insert a disk when you start it up. thats where the crack comes in  and i just started a new game with united, kinda hate it because i have to make all the trainings, search for coaches. but i won the community shield 2-1 with tevez scoring a injury time winner and even the first goal. and campbell made a brilliant assist for that injury time winner |

I've had it for a while now, I used to play as Sporting but I've given up on it for a bit now 'cause I went on a fantastic run of games then forgot to save it and lost it. Oops!
I've recently retried with Juventus and scooped up Van der Vaart, Rafinha, and Lulinha is set to join next year.
Just need to sell someone so I can buy Rossi.

I have a love/hate relationship with these games. Always enjoy getting the game, then hate it more than i can hate anything else when every bloody goal i score is disallowed; the opposition score the only chance they have from 35 yards; and despite using every tactical variation i can think of my team never play remotely like United but instead like a shite fizzy pop league counter-attack team.
Other than that, same old same old just updated with different annoyances.

Must say, I have a goal disallowed about once every game recently. I don't even celebrate the goals anymore until I'm certain they count.

I'm still playing 2007. 2008 is full of bugs (just like 2007 was and the same reason I was playing 2006 until fixes came out).
I heard people went something like 10 seasons in 2007 when their data started messing up. 2008 is meant to be slow as well.
When I get home, I'll show you a pic of Neville scoring at Anfield.

Oh and I haven't brought any players, bar the future transfers of those Brazilian wingbacks (Fabio and Rafael) and the permanent signing of Henrik, who didn't play a single game, but I got him on a free (retiring at the end of the season, which would be 2010).
Old Trafford holds over 100,000 and sells out every game. My wage budget is something like 2.5 mil (I don't do transfers so I just opt for the bigger wage structure). I still have something like 100 mil to spend as cash keeps getting added every month.
My team is still the same, with Giggsy playing reserve games and Scholes benched with Park on the right (Ronaldo left) and Fletcher in the middle with Carrick. Evra leftback. Saha ahead of Smudger.
The regens are looking good. Ban Michi is a striker. Only problem is natural fitness. Got this right winger who's got man of the match in every under 18's game. Some centre back.

I've given away this game, life is short and i don't need the aggravation that playing the game gives me. Think i'll stick to the simple and reliable excel manager- it offers more realism.
