For anybody who likes Hindi movies, but is fed up with the stereo type hindi movies, then Taare Zameen Par (i.e. Stars on Earth) is a sure must watch [even if u cant understand hindi].
The cast includes Aamir Khan in the main lead who plays the teacher of the dyslexic child played by Darsheel Safary. The role potrayed by the kid Darsheel touches your heart so deeply that u'll almost start weeping. The movie main theme is to show that everyone on this earth is special and u dont need to excel in studies to achieve success.
I would rate it as the best Hindi movie that i've seen in my entire lifetime and believe me i've seen many.

Gapi you should definitely watch this movie and try to gasp the inner meaning.....this movie has the potential to break the language barrier....

Aamir Khan is a rather simple-minded man. He only does 1 movie a year nowadays, saying that he prefers to spend as much time with his family rather than make more and more money (which he already has after a 20+ year career) by doing as many films as possible This film was simply brilliant. One of the best Bollywood films I have actually seen in my lifetime. A true family film but with a deep meaning and understanding of children whom sometimes even parents overlook due to the stress of 'competition with other kids' in becoming the stereotypical doctor/engineer etc  |

Sorry for the late reply. Absolutely amazing movie! So deep and touching... Aamir Khan is great but Darsheel Safary is amazing, what talent this kid has got!
