From BBC:
Skipper Michael Vaughan has begun batting and fielding indoors, aiming to recover from hamstring trouble in time to lead England at the World Cup.
The 15-man squad leave Gatwick Airport on Friday and England have warm-up games on 5 and 9 March in St Vincent.
"Hamstrings are vulnerable and before you get out on grass and have a couple of games you don't know," he said.
"But so far so good. I'm confident it should be fine for our first World Cup match against New Zealand on 16 March."

I think England's downfall has been the mockery of their Ashes victory. How can a team win once in a blue moon and deserve that treatment?
They get VIP coaches, masseurs, baggage carriers, etc whilst the Australian side had to take it in turns to drive the minibus around..yet they made 'em look amateurs in the recent Ashes series.
I'm not even into cricket and I can see what fools the ECB are!

Then this year, we get destroyed and everyone is surprised. Sorry, but thats English cricket for you. Been crap for years. I can't believe that we won the one day tornament and the media goes crazy. Big deal, we won a trophy we really did not deserve. We still got trounced in the Ashes. The one that we really wanted.
