Australian Open starts tonight,who is favourite? as fan i choose Safin cos when this guy decide to play as he knows no one can match with him,but knowing very well the player and his ups and downs i wouldn't be surprised either if he goes out at the first round.

As long as Lleyton Hewit breaks a leg or something idc who wins. That Federer guy wins alot doesn't he? Or that Nadal Mexican or whatever lol.

Not following Tennis as much as I did in the past. Would like to see someone knew lift that trophy .. but when Roger is on top form, there's little the others can do to stop them. He's just so much better than all the rest.

I love tennis, I mean male tennis - female tennis is a real drag! ;D My personal favourite is always Rafa Nadal, but somehow doubt that he stands a chance against Federer in Melbourne, Paris is his turf. My bet is on Federer, he rarely loses, this guy. I honestly think he might be an alien. He's the Michael Jordan of tennis - unbeatable!  |

alot of people complain about the same person winning it but I never tire of watching Federer, this is a real sporting genius in our lifetime and my policy on these things is to admire the guy, Nadal is the only competition for him but Federer is like schumacher was to F1 and tiger woods is to golf.

Maria Sharapova beat Justine Henin 6-4 6-0. Thats no mean feet either! She's gotta be overwhelming favourite now for sure.
