Everyone here rates Carew? I watch a hell iof a lot of football before anyone starts saying shit about me not knowing anything but I never rated him he is a lazy bastard, who doesnt win headers enough for his height. I aint too scared about him, I am worried more about Agbonlahor and even Luke MOore is an OK player.
Now I think about it though, Rio and Vidic both needed as Young is a great crosser.

i'd go with a strong team. In fact the first team. Villa may be looking a little tired, but they will raise there game for us, lets go for the juggular and rest those we can once we get a goal or two ahead. id hate to field a weaker team and regret it later.

History suggests that we should get the three points here, Villa's recent record against us has been nothing short of abysmal, they can't buy a win when they face United.
Tough game though, i'm going for a 2-0 home win.

Wont be easy by any means. Villa are a very good side under martin 0'neal. Shouldnt be a tight game i dont think, villa are an attacking outfit more than a defence side, 3-1 maybe?

I think we should play this keeping an eye on the Roma game. As Ronaldo and Giggs are def starts, this is how I think we should line up.
VDS
O'Shea Vidic/Pique Ferdinand Evra
Park Carrick Hargreaves Nani
Rooney Tevez/Saha (if fit)
Hopefully Ronaldo, Scholes, Vidic, Brown, Anderson, Giggs will be rested, and Saha will be fit by then, even if only for 10 minutes.

What... Saha injured again - amazing!
Play Rooney and Tevez up front - get the result early then take Rooney off.
3-0 tonight

If this game was 6 weeks ago it would have been really tough but Villa are playing poorly now. Their main threat comes from set pieces but with Vida and Rio We should cope with them. 2-0 Utd with Rooney and Tevez scoring.

Kuszczak
Brown - Rio - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Carrick - Scholes - Giggs
Rooney - Tevez
Subs
Foster O' shea Anderson Hargreaves Park
A strong team that. Not sure about Tomasz in goal though. What's wrong with VDS?
