I just heard the news Pistorious will partecipate at the next Olympics which will be held this summer in China here's more news..... Double amputee sprinter Oscar Pistorius has won his appeal case at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to overturn a ban preventing him from competing against able-bodied athletes.
The decision means that Pistorius is allowed to run in all International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) sanctioned events with immediate effect - this summer's Beijing Olympic Games being the South African's priority.
"I am thrilled with the panel's findings and hope that it silences many of the crazy theories that have been circulating in recent months about my having an unfair advantage," Pistorius said.
"My focus throughout this appeal has been to ensure that disabled athletes be given the chance to compete and compete fairly with able-bodied athletes.
"I look forward to continuing my quest to qualify for the Olympics."

Look he has raced against able bodied athletes before and lost by a mile so its about making history not the medals this doesn't mean he cannot win any medal! also "normal" athletes lost few races but this doesn't mean they cannot fight or also win a medal u can't rule him out like that.

Him being allowed to compete is just what the Olympic spirit is about - that it's more important to participate than to win.
