i absolutely adore coldplay, they're one of my favourite bands of all time. thanks alot for the link. i think the album's brilliant...its a shame their world tour doesnt include any country i'll be in this year.
personal favourite track would be Lost.

Anyone catch the Live BBC thing yesterday night? That was ok, although it started out a fucking shambles. Sounded bollocks for the first few songs. I've just heard the whole of the new album for the first time, and whilst Viva La Vida and Violet Hill are both good songs, "A Rush Of Blood" will never be topped in my opinion. The first time I heard "A Rush of Blood", I thought it was pretty close to being the perfect album and it moved them lightyears forward from what they were after Parachutes, which was more or less a one hit wonder band, although the album itself isn't too bad and beats the fuck out of XnY. I just don't think they've really progressed since the 2nd album, although Viva La Vida is definately a step in the right direction and will help steadily erase the memory of the corporate machine they became while promoting XnY. Chris Martin still preaches way too much bollocks though, for a man with such a big carbon footprint.
