I think staying isolated and being comfortable with yourself has become a lost skill in this age. I love socializing but any time that I can get to myself is something to look forward to. Although it will be a challenge to do it for extended periods of time, should it come down to it. I imagine I'll pick out a nice book, revisit old movies, or get at some games - things I see almost all the lads here are already doing. Any other activities one can partake in such times of solitude? I’m gonna start baking. I’ll be a fat(ter) cunt by the time this is all over but at least my house will smell like freshly baked bread.

People can't take a shit without there phones anymore. I regularly walk into rest rooms and see people texting at the urinals.

There's nothing quite like the smell of fresh baked bread. I sometimes wander into bakeries just to take in that aroma.

I used to do the ventilation fit outs at sainsbury's years ago and one of their tricks would be a run of duct extracting from the bakery at the rear of the building all the way to the front door!

Already started this shit aswell, well eating it anyway. Months of healthy eating and sorting shit out is royally getting fucked. Cant buy healthy food because it's all fucking gone, cant get in shape because the gyms are closed and the place going into lockdown. Everything has gone to shit Best get binge watching the latest walking dead and get some survival tips.

Though I've got my PT to do me a homework out plan, bought some resistance bands a couple of kettlebells and a pair of dumbbells to go with my weighted vest and power bag, so I'm well equipped. Plus my cousin has been doing live-feed Yoga classes. He's fucking good at it too. He helps some of the Detroit sports teams with their mobility and joint stability.

Appalling abuse of police powers there.

I went to a kettlebell class last night as i needed to take my mind away from negativity, listen to some good tunes and have a good blow out. wish i had some parrelets and pull up bar at home though

They've shut the sauna, steam and jacuzzi, along with half the cardio machines. All the weight machines are closed too, but I still use the leg press and leg extension because I'm a rebel and I wipe down before and after with anti-bac spray. The amount of people not wiping down though. WOOF!

I'd prefer to stay away from a gym now. Gym folks are among the most disgusting/unhygienic. At least here. Cesspool of germs.

We went to the gym yesterday and it was almost deserted...
We are being ultra cautious about carrying wipes etc as my wife is immuno-compromised from chemotherapy...
I have already taken up baking - been doing it for a few months...we are already learning piano but lessons could be under threat and I am learning Spanish as I have found some brilliant resources online.
Also we are going for long walks...if you want to keep fit, running is still possible without coming into contact with others...
