Did I just read that right? You would perfer Giggs to O'Shea at left back??? Yes you did; disturbing isn't it?! Giggs is at least naturally left footed and still has a degree of pace; although he's not renowned for his defending! For me, O'Shea just doesn't instill confidence at left back; he was culpable against the might of Aalborg in the week. Spurs are far more of a threat on the right than the borg. Then again, I suppose he's all we've got until Fabio is available.

Have faith in O Shea..Lennon may get past him but the boy cant cross..,Rio and Vidic will eat up the headers. Dont forget Gomes in the other end with Tevez and the tall lads harassing him he's bound to make an error.

Well i really hope Berba and Ronaldo are fit for it....in any other case i see us struggling much more than we currently are to score, Evra is also out and i am bit worried weather O'Shea will be up too the task tomorrow. Hope I am wrong but i think it will be a tough game ending with a draw.

If Lennon plays against O' Shea, we're fucked.

Foster
Neville - Ferdinand - Vidic - O'Shea
Ronaldo - Carrick/Giggs - Anderson - Park
Tevez - Berbatov 2 - 1 United. Berbatov and Giggs to score. If Carrick isn't fit, I'd play Giggsy there has looked good so far. I would say Scholes but Fergie doesn't appear to want to start him in the league til he gets his fitness up in Japan. Looking forward to it, will be a difficult game but we'll win. That sig is amazing Adam! I'd go with the team, except I'd start Rafael over Nevill as he played midweek and Rafael's been impressive. And I'd definitely start Carrick too.

Would love to see foster get a chance. Cant see neville playing. Midweek game and pretty woeful performances lately due to ring rust and lacking fitness. Oshea will play but would love to see the fabio/rafael duo take its bows. As long as berbatovs ankle/thigh is alright there can be no arguements they are both in the side.

Rafael and Carrick need to start tonight's game. They're both performing currently. It's looking like a 2-0 win for me.

StretfordEnder, thanks hard game will be just tottenham are still in not real form and we must use advantage of this, also stip their attacks through wings, lennon is fast and will cause trouble to our defence and bentley is great crosser and have great long shot, if we can stop them there that will be a bonus for us and have to take our chances

Raf for Nev.
Carrick could be key. As could Scholsey in the same position.
Tevez to score. And would love to see Ando finally score from open play.
Come on United!!!!!

Tough game today. We have a good record at Spurs but I never look forward to going to White Hart Lane, especially with there form under Harry Redknapp. They were unlucky not to beat us last season, but the season before we battered them 4-0. These results can go either way.
EVDS Rafeal Vidic Rio O'Shea Ronaldo Carrick Anderson Nani Berba Tevez
The left wing position still bothers me but its Nani for me. I felt that Park wasn't great last week and Nani needs games so I would go with him. I'd rather have someone else at left back, but we don't really have anybody else. Berba should be fit according to football focus and Rio too. Sadly, I think we will drop points today and i'm gonna say 1-1.

I'm not too optimistic about the outcome of this match. We obviously have problems in scoring goals (more goals to be exact) at the moment and since we won't have Rooney and possibly Berba and Carrick, we will struggle even more. I'll be contend with a draw and hope our form improves after Christmas.
