Individual goal probably yes , can't think of many in the recent years. Just saw Sir Bobby's goal on daily mail but i guess this was way better. But the ball was about 2 stone heavier back then Pooja!

I don't know...I'm not a big fan of 40 yeard screamers winning goal of the season no matter who hits them. Unless they're scored in the 90th minute to win a big match or something I think they're more down to luck than "a thing of beauty." We've all seen guys hit 5 of those into orbit, but when one finally goes in it's the best goal of the season. Personally, the Barcalona goal away to Bayern was "better" because of the passing and movement involved.
However, I did almost jump out of my chair when that went in though....

I don't get that, he shot to score and did so, whats lucky about it. Luck is when it flys off someones arse and goes into the goal, like most of lamps goals, this was sheer power and technique.

Giggs vs Juve in 97. Best vs Benfica in 68

Smith's vs Roma, I loved that goal. But yeah it's the best for an individiul goals. I prefer great team goals over scorchers though.

It's certainly the best long rage shot by a United player in Europe. When he took the kick I was wondering what the hell he was doing but man, WHAT A SHOT! I echo that! It was possibly the best goal scored by an individual for United. But i'm not a huge long shot fan, I prefer team goals such as the Alan Smith goal against Roma in the most incredible atmosphere

Yes.
It was a beauty.
Up there with Beckham v Barca, Giggs v Arsenal, Scholes v Villa, Cantona v Sunderland, Best v Benfica and Rooney v Newcastle, etc. as a classic United goals.

absolutely love that cole/yorke goal! one of my all time faves that one. i do think ronnie's was awesome, but for me, team goals with lots of passes involved are better.

that goal was at old trafford not barcelona. A great freekick no doubt. Bah, always get those games mixed up. It's because both finished 3-3, and we wore our away kit for both games aswell! Anyway, awesome free-kick! if i remember well it was at barcelona...

Team efforts are always my favorite because you witness the chemistry and skill between players and the Cole/Yorke goal against Barca was a perfect example. I was with my friend watching that match who is a Madrid supporter so even he took much delight in that goal.

Giggsy against Juve in Turin in 2003 deserves a very honourable mention,as does Sharpe's backheel against Barcelona in 1994. Vaguely remember the legend that is Clayton Blackmore scoring a belter of a free kick in the 1991 Cup Winners Cup against Montpellier (I think)

The Beckham goal against Deportivo was equally as good as the Ronaldo effort on Wednesday. Saying that, I think the Yorke and Cole goal was classier, if only because it was passing football at it's best. The best Euro goal by far though was big Pete's header to salvage a draw at home to Volgograd
