We don't know the in's and out's but it comes across to me that Mr Evra, whom I love and adore in a Manchester united shirt, is being a little naughty.
What the French squad have done is a darn disgrace, and it stinks of jumped up over paid egotistical fuckwits, who cannot see beyond a peanut head who cant keep his stupid mouth shut in the dressing room.
Evra must take responsiblity for embrassing his nation, and showing a complete lack of any contact with reality. The strike at training and the suggestion of not playing South Africa for the sakes of Nic Anelka is almost beyond a fucking joke.
If your manager is a stupid idiot, your federation is a joke then remember your country and their fans.
Im surprised by Evra's actions, at least how its portrayed.
The fact the french team didnt even have the bottle to read their own statement (which was hilariously worded with soundbits from things they've picked up from agents because none of them can write)
When will players realise we couldnt give a toss whats going on or who is in the team, just dont embarass your country and let them down.

In a nut shell yes he is but he has said stupid things before for example the comments about the arsenal players after the champions league semi a couple of years ago, there was no need to make any comments just get on the bus and keep your opinions to yourself. He needs to look in the mirror at himself because he gave up for mexico's second goal and im pretty sure ferguson would be dissappointed in him and unlikely to captain united in the future i would say.

Put it this way if this was John Terry who walked out on England if say Lampard got sent home, we would all be calling Terry a twat and whatever....so yeah Evra is been stupid.

Evra was stupid - but it isnt all just down to the players.
The federation basically screwed their chances from the start by appointing Domenechs successor. They should have either kept quiet about it altogether, or sacked him and installed Blanc before the WC started.
The players have been unhappy with the coach for a while now. So why not sort it out before the WC campaign started?
The players should have put up with the situation and just got on with it, safe in the knowledge he was leaving afterwards. But they are only human. It ultimately comes down to the Federation though, as they knew the players were unhappy

He's been left on the bench today, wonder if that is his own will or the will of the manager.
I wouldn't be too harsh on him, when he plays for france he plays with passion un like others.
He seem pretty emotional on the opening day when crying during the national anthem.
As no one knows the ins and out's of the situation I think it's hard to pin point just one person.
I just wish the french manager would have stepping aside during the week when Evra wanted to kick the fitness coach ass !

Exactly Irishred, sure John Terry's press conference has added yet more oxygen to the fire of hate that burns within us all for England's brave JT, yet Evra commited far more heinous a crime from a French fan's perspective. In fairness, the only answer is yes, he is being an idiot.
Yeah, Domenech is leaving after the tournament so you'd think they'd be able to cop on for a mere week. And we don't know the in's and out's of the situations, but youre making some pathetic excuses if you can't admit, that in a nutshell, he's being an idiot.

Hear, hear. Agreed. Very disappointed and disgusted with him TBH. SAF will sort him out when he eventually returns to us.
