PC culture has become a disease. Everything is off limits now. Some of them should honestly jump up their own arses and stay there. Nobody has a sense of humour anymore. I'm not disagreeing, just wondering if it's more than one person in some place. It's another media driven thing that most people don't believe in imo. I think it's a bit of both. The media see one instance of someone being ridiculously P.C and latch on to it, making people believe that there's more people agreeing with it than there actually is.
On the other hand, I am personally noticing more and more people becoming overly P.C.
I used to believe that the phrase "Political correctness gone mad." was just a phrase that bigots used to be able to justify their bile and abuse but there are certainly more and more cases of utterly insane political correctness.

Aye pretty much this. Seems to get worse over time. Perhaps a lot of it is the media twisting things but noticed a lot of things as well they go PC mad. |

Just about to leave work, no Christmas bonus. I'm sending my annual leave email for my absence until January, they can get fucked if they think I'm wishing anybody a Happy Christmas. Really disappointing. They make a shitload of profit, you're just a number at the end of the day.  |

Never heard of a Christmas bonus The company I work for was taken over about two years ago, makes a huge profit. They used to give us a Christmas bonus for basically working your arse off throughout the year, a reasonable few quid which was fantastic. Now the new owners just ignore your efforts after busting a gut all year under pressure. Really disappointed. Scrooges, all round in the hierarchy. 😟 |

People have pretty much all of human knowledge available to them at the click of a mouse. Unfortunately a metric fuckton of lies and misinformation is also available and just as easy to find or spread. You'd d think that the advent of the internet and easy access to information would be a death sentence for crazy conspiracy theories, but it's had the opposite effect. So many people don't care about what's true, they care about what confirms their opinions. |

He used to get a Christmas bonus before, which has not been given to him this year because the new owners don’t want to continue the tradition. Simple enough ? You could insert any profession X into that equation and it’d come out the same . |
