If anyone is going to watch Nobody, don't research it! Just jump in.

Where are people watching Mortal Kombat? I did wonder myself. My son and I used to play this on his Sega-I used to beat him almost every time, boiled his piss!

Put Love and Monsters on in the background while F5ing the super league news the other day. It was actually kind of fun. Zombieland lite vibes. Agree, didn't have the highest of hopes for it but was actually a pretty decent enough watch. Watched The Rocky Horror Picture Show for the 1st time in a long while the other night. Forgot how damn good Tim Curry is in it! Also, Christopher bloody Biggins is in it, I never knew that. Tim Curry is genuinely brilliant in just about everything he's been in. I unironically think he's one of the best screen bad guys in history. His ability to make a character detestable is almost unmatched.

Watched Sound of Metal last night on Prime. Really good.
It’s funny, I studied music and we all used to get told “get some ear plugs and don’t rehearse loudly”. The idea being you can’t hear your mistakes if your band is rehearsing at full volume and your ears are on borrowed time if you’re going to stand in front of speakers and amps your whole life. Don’t waste your ears rehearsing in tiny rooms at full whack. We all ignored the advice. The film was quite scary on that level. But brilliantly acted throughout, would recommend.

Big metal fan, so I will give this a look. Cheers.

Riz Ahmed is usually excellent at most roles he performs.

Certainly enjoyed Mortal Kombat. Can still remember playing the very first game on an arcade machine in a chippy near school.
Was very much confused at the main character and had to look him up to find he was made up just for this film

Well, after searching for what seems like ages-and probably was, I’m so impatient these days- I have found a decent river to watch the above mentioned ‘Nobody’, 10 minutes in I’m impressed, the film betrays the writer’s other (most excellent) accomplishments. Can’t wait for Wick Three!
