Just watching ‘Renfield’ Bloody hilarious ,with the emphasis on blood. Nicolas Cage as Dracula is more ‘Nicolas Cage’ than ever with his sarcastic timing that’s absolutely spot on . Every now and then he knocks one out the park and this is one of them. It's a great watch.

New Spider-Verse is excellent, obviously.

Agree with the feeling on The Whale. As a movie it's really not all that, decent enough watch but certainly doesn't blow you away.
Brendan Fraser's performance does though, he's outstanding and thoroughly deserved the Oscar.

Halfway through Still: A Michael J Fox story.
Great if you love a bit of 80's early 90's nostalgia...
but it's also a great personal story, and for anyone with family dealing with Parkinsons, or even experiencing it themselves, I'd imagine it would be quite uplifting.

The new Indy movie is decent. A solid 3 and a half stars out of 5. Way better than Crystal Skull.

I've been thinking about films that have messed with my head and can't watch anything similar. For me, it's American werewolf in London! I watched it when it was released on VHS ( I know, old cunt!) The film properly spooked the shit out of me and I have never been able to sit and watch any werewolf movies since. The special effects were absolutely ground breaking at the time and the transformation scene was terrifying for me, a ten year old kid! Anyone else got something similar?

This one easily makes my top 3 horror films. There were so many WTF moments in the film. No werewolf film has even come close to matching it.

IT proper done me as a kid, made me scared of the bathroom, but The Entity kept me awake at night for ages, I never even watched it 😂, just read about it and the fact it followed them and wasn't just in the one particular house freaked me the fuck out. To this day, I've never had the balls to watch it and I'm now 42 😭

the other day i wanted to watch a movie, couldnt really decide though. i then remembered that its been ages since i've seen the original alien. oh what a great decision it was. that film is still up there with the best sci-fi horror movies ever. the music and that dark, claustrophobic atmosphere are still fantastic after almost 45 years since its release.

Fantastic film, Aliens though is on another level for me. Directors cut is beautiful.
