Yeah, fair play.
The Aussies took their chances and the Boks somehow (let's rather not mention ol' Bryce Lawrence and his incompetence at the breakdown) didn't manage to take any. Left a pretty sour taste in the mouth.
NZ to take the cup, barring a monumental choke. That said, the Wallabies are more than capable of beating NZ. Let's see I guess.

Wales 8 - 9 France
Very, very unlucky for Wales. Thoughts on the sending off of Warburton? I'd of liked to have seen Wales go on and reach the final only because they're the most ballsy of teams. I reckon they would have just gone for it in the final and took risks. All attention now turns to Australia v New Zealand and although Australia's head-to-head with New Zealand is dreadful, I'll still be cheering on the Wallabies.

New Zealand 20 - 6 Australia. I hope New Zealand annihilate France.

Not exactly a mouth watering affair but happy the French lost.

Martin Johnson stands down in the wake of the team's quarter-final exit at the Rugby World Cup.

Scotland should have run away with it but were so careless with knock-ons. Poor.

Yeah we soaked up a lot of pressure but Scotland were their own downfall in the final third. Job done as they say though.

The new england squad didnt look convincing at all last night but as wales showed today you can have as many chances as u like if you dont take them then your gonna lose points. Scotland were terrible in the 2nd half getting forward. Should have scored at least 3 tries but down to sloppy errors. Getting onto the wales game . Stunned aswell as extatic about the result, we deserved to win it but could so easily have lost it. Preistlands kicking was attrocious and Bradley Davies should have been a straight red. Worse than Warburtons in the WC and very dangerous. But all in all very pleased with that . Cymru Am Byth.

There is a lot of unrest in the England camp what with the poor World Cup showing, the sacking of the manager. They have some wicked young lads though so I'm not too concerned as long as we start working on our concentration. I like Wales, they have some balls about them and I would have liked to have seen them in the final of the World Cup, I reckon they would have taken more chances. I thought Warburtons red was harsh though. What do people expect when a bunch of bruisers are running about on a field. The day it goes soft is the day I switch over. Davies took his tries well today and as for Halfpenny, as we know with Wilko, kicks are so important.

Recorded the Ireland second half while United were on, just got through watching the rugby.
Wales are cheating bastards. Davies is a vile scumbag and could have broken the lad's neck. Horrific dump tackle. It was also never a dnagerous tackle by Ferris at the end. Disgusted.

Horrific dump tackle. It was also never a dnagerous tackle by Ferris at the end. Disgusted. Sorry but thats a bit over the top. It wasnt a dangerous tackle at the end and a yellow was uncalled for however it had no impact on the result because it was a definate penalty, wasnt worthy of a yellow but considering it was in the 78min it would have made no difference. Davies isnt vile or a cheat he just made a mistake im sure he knows that, hes an excellent rugby player, everyone makes a mistake (keano almost broke haalands leg years ago im sure you didnt call him vile and disgusting) he defo deserved a red granted however it doesnt qualify to call us cheats. The ref didnt see it as he was concentrating on the ball and the IRB will cite him for that. It was dangerous and hell get punished for it but sorry we deserved the win. For the first 35mins Ireland didnt even have the ball in our 22. They took their chances early on we didnt, but we made up for it with guts and determination but getting stuck in, overall we were by far the better team but was a very good game of rugby to watch. By far the best so far in the 6 nations.
