Looking forward to this game Liverpool outplayed Arsenal last week with easy so there is no reason why we can't do the same thing with the way we played the other night against Spurs plus Arsenal are missing key players Song, Wilshere, Gervinho, possibly Vermaelen to.

We have bunch of kids as well But we will win, last game I predicted the right score so hopefully I'll predict this one as well, 4-1

You certainly like to use that smiley in your posts Anderson08.
Nothing wrong with that of course, just something I've noticed.
As for the match, I think we'll either steamroller them and win convincingly (either score or performance) or we'll get beat. It's one of those matches where because everybody is expecting us to win so easily I'm a little wary.
we really should be winning. Arsenal's weakest squad for years, made even weaker through suspensions, at OT, with Arsenal having played midweek, you just know they're gonna beat us now. :/

As I said, it all seems to be going too well.....

whoever made a point about a backs to the wall performance from arsenal is probably right, i expect them to play better than they did against liverpool, but they'll get found out even if we leave it fairly late. 2-1

First game of the season I am gonna make it to. Can't fucking wait but, still nervous like some others. Hope we keep the same line up as its the best football we've been playing in ages, and it'd be particularly sweet to pass the ball through Arsenal and score. Giggs and Berba coming on to change things up if needed.

Don't care how we do it, as long as we win. Arsenal will be on a high after midweek, especially considering the pressure they were under. I think fergie will tinker the side for this game, expect park to come in because he's a beast in this fixture.

Can't see him fielding the same XI as the Spurs game.

1 a.m Monday morning kick off. I friggin' hate Sunday arvo (UK time) games!
I agree that Arsenal will raise their game, I predict a tough match but we should shade it.

I expect Hernandez will be back in the side. It'll be harsh to drop Welbeck after his solid second-half performance against Spurs but Ferguson needs to get the Rooney and Hernandez partnership back up and running. Welbeck is really promising but Hernandez offers a lot more and despite Arsenal looking weak, it will still be a tough game. I can see him going for experience in midfield too, although it would be hard to drop Cleverley and Anderson on current form. I reckon he'll go for Giggs and Carrick in the centre.
2-1 to United.

Why are people sugessting we shuffle the pack?
DONT CHANGE A WINNING TEAM
Especially one that has been firing on all cylinders and combining so well. Keep Chicha on the bench and bring him on second half if the gooners are indeed backs to the wall.
But imo, arsenal are there for the taking. They have never been more vulnerable. Lets go for their fucking jugular. I hope the scoreline gets silly!

Would be very harsh for either Welbeck or Cleverley to lose their place.
I'd go with the same team. Chicha is a dangerous weapon to have on the bench anyway.
