Tbh i just don't like it that's all. I don't like any of that shortening name stuff that goes on now really. Plus assman (in america anyway) is what they call assistant managers in a disrespectful way.
Phelans position is Assistant and will always be so and called so in the game. There isn't much left in football that hasn't been sodomized, can't we at least leave the staff roles as such?

Anyway, back to Molde - they sold only 2 key players during their off-season: Forren to Southampton and Angan to Hangzhou Greentown, but have bought players to replace them.
Forren must have been crucial in defence to them winning the title by the looks of things, while Angan was their top scorer, so i guess that might explain it

After picking up their first win of the season - 5-0 in the Norwegian Cup away to Elnesvågen, Molde have picked up their first league points of the season with a 1-1 draw away to Odd Grenland.
Hopefully they can kick on from this and start moving up the table,

www.vg.no/sport/fotball/engelsk/artikkel.php?artid=10111557Here's the article. They mention a loan deal too, but that could have just been put in to allow the article to go out, as they haven't got anything concrete on a possible sale. It's been hinted that he's had less U21 playing time than expected to date Talk is that him and Warren Joyce don't get on as well as they could, but again, nothing concrete on it.

Uhm, Daehli is class.
We'd be stupid if we sold him, surely it's a loan?!
He's one of the most talented youngsters we have.

Here's the translated article:
Great talent Mats Møller Dæhli are unlikely to see in Manchester United's costume next season.
VG is reported that Manchester United want Mats Møller Dæhli to get playing time in another club. Currently it is not known whether there is talk of a loan or a permanent move.
Møller Dæhli has been at United since 2010, and has been seen as one of the club's most promising players.
In 2011/2012-sesongen he was voted the academy player, an award that has previously been won by stars like Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes.
Can harbor in Molde
After the VG Molde experiences can be a current club. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer knows Møller Dæhli from Manchester United, and the teenager has previously trained with the reigning champions from Møre og Romsdal.
Solskjaer wants to reinforce the squad to climb the table, and the reigning champions have already lost Magnus Wolff Eikrem to Heerenveen.
Therefore, he is looking to bring in a new man in midfield.
After the 3-1 victory over Sarpsborg the weekend, Solskjær confirmed that they are looking for new players. Tommy Høiland is a name that has been linked to Molde recently.
- We are looking for players who can complement the stable and happy to give us something extra and a little wildness. I have not talked to Tommy himself, but he is young and Norwegian, which suits us. We pick like domestic players, said Solskjaer.
Playing
Møller Dæhli has been an important part of United's U18 team, but has received little playing for the club's Under-21 squad.
Team led by Warren Joyce, who took over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer job when he left red Royen favor of Molde.
VG has been in contact with Molde, has been unable to get a comment from the club management. Neither Mills Dæhlis agent Jim Solbakken, has been available.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The club have no interest in selling - they know how much of a talent he is. He only turned 18 4 months ago so needs regular playing time. Molde wouldn't be a bad shout - they are in the CL after all.
