Sabbath = me at Download next year. Metallica was a great announcement, but Sabbath will be the reason I'm going. +1

I remember seeing Sabbath before Ozzy completely lost the ability to sing and not be embarrassing on stage. So giving this one a miss, and 'Tallica only playing that album? YAWN!

i'm not worried what ozzy's doing, although i'm sure he'll be fine. it's all about those classic riffs. and there is some new stuff
i'm guessing metallica are playing the black album? judging on the snake on the download page. ah well, they'll still open with creeping death and close with seek & destroy, i'll be drunk as fuck and bouncing around

Went to see Machine Head last night. DevilDriver were awesome, but Bring me the Horizon kinda flattened the atmosphere. Luckily Machine Head are Machine HEad and once again they fucking killed it. Awesome gig.
Bring on Trivium and In Flames tonight

Awesome gig. Bring on Trivium and In Flames tonight BMTH are so much better live than MachineHead. Did you watch Darkest Hour? Did you count how many riffs of theirs Flynn has stolen? And I really like Machine Head.

I seem to remember all of those bands sounding something along the lines of "slayer riff, slayer riff, slayer riff, slayer riff, BREAKDOWN!! chug, chug, chug, chug.... slayer riff, slayer riff, slayer riff, slayer riff"
Perhaps with the odd generic death-growl thrown in, a homage to every Gothenburg metal band of the mid 90's and a token guitar solo half-inched from Iron Maiden. With fringes.
Dear lord I thought I'd rid myself of my Black Metal elitist streak. I'm sorry.

Great show coming to Balkans, Vital Remains, Krisiun and Malevolent Creation, somewhere at first half of February, can't miss those, anyways, my band is recording finally so I will share it with you guys, Death Thrash Metal, I think we're good but I want honest opinions Managed to score good amount of gigs last year and are invited to Metal Fest in Croatia, building reputation here and a little bit abroad, hopefully all goes well.
