Biggest hate atm is when you let people through in traffic and the ignorant cuntbuckets dont even acknowledge it and say thankyou. Pricks. I did this once about 2 days after I passed my test, having always had my instructor do it for me. I felt awful afterwards for forgetting! Some people are awful.

Revisiting an old thread.
Saw something today that's a real pet hate of mine. Someone on Facebook chatting about I'm A Celebrity and David Ginola. Their friend (a Geordie by the way) says they've never heard of him. When challenged their response was "I was only 5 in 1996!"
I see/hear this all the time. Gameshows are a big one too, the question will be something about "Who recorded this album in 1983" or "Who starred as this character in this 1977 oscar winning movie" or something, and you'll hear "Oh, wow, I wasn't even born".
Since when did that become an excuse to not know common knowledge?? Do people have absolutely zero interest in anything in the world that happened before they were born? I know loads about the 50's, 60's and 70's; music, movies, books, events, etc. I'd be utterly embarrassed to think I could excuse my ignorance on something by the fact it happened pre 1978. Like, do you think the world only started existing the day you arrived on the scene, and anything that had occurred beforehand was irrelevant?
Fucks me off, seriously.
