Haha i actually think it's top of the pile. will have to check when i get home. Haven't read for a while (except for UWS) so that's why i still haven't got around to it. One thing though- it becomes desperately sad really. Even knowing what happens to the big man in advance doesn't really prepare you for the end. Leighton seems to really get across how decent a guy he was but also how good. It's pretty upsetting. |

I 'know' Tom Clare from a forum that vis now defunct called 606substitute...it was formed by people who were fed up of the old BBC 606 format and created their own forum...he is immensely well informed and a real scholar of United, having lived through and experienced at first hand some of the highs and lows of our history...top man IMO... |
