1-0 United. Barmby with an absolute beauty on 42.
EDIT:
Fuck. 1-1. United defence switch off and despite a good save from the keeper Charlton score the rebound on 44

Charlton using their big forward a lot, he gives them an outlet we don't really have but we've still created some good chances, really could go either way this one.
One minor gripe is that the Charlton player who scored did the whole "I'm moody, don't celebrate with me!!" thing, I mean come on lad, you've just scored at OT for your team, enjoy it a bit why don't you, that's just me though.

Too cool for skool these youngsters...haha.
Was it just me or was our player fouled in the build up to their goal?

Wilson on for Hendrie @55mins.
We've started this second half well, moving the ball well but Charlton do look a threat on the counter.
edit: not sure about any foul leading up to their goal, didn't see anything myself.

Beautiful goal!!
Been knocking on the door for a while. Amazing cross from the Right Back and Van Velzen gets his head to it at the back post and heads it back across the goal into the far post.
EDIT: Fuck sake they equalised straight from the kick off.
Wake up lads. Same scorer again - he is seriously moody - pushing his celebrating team mates away. He needs a fucking good talking to

2-1 United, Grimshaw with a lovely cross for Van Velzen to nod in, we've deserved that for the pressure we've had in this second half, just need to keep th....
...erm, 2-2, the big man for Charlton again :/

Charlton down to 10 men after making all 3 subs and getting an injury, only 5 or so mins left before potential extra time.
edit: Ekangamene on for Rudge on 89 mins, and a goal line clearance for United to keep us in it, 10 mins injury time to play.

Gonna be at least 7/8mins added on surely?
What a clearance off the line!!!
10 mins added on
EDIT: Charlton unlucky with all the cramp and that affecting them.

3-2 FT
Great game of football that, Charlton responded really well to going down to 10 men and created 3 excellent chances to win it but thankfully we've managed to edge it in the end, happy for these lads who will only get better.

Hard fought win. Charlton deserved more, but someone had to lose.
I know they are young lads and that, but ours are supposed to be amongst the youngest in the youth system at the mo and yet our fitness levels seemed alot better.
