Real will be setting themselves up for a massive summer. Mbappe, Hazard, Salah will be on their wish list.
its good to finally see them "struggling" like other clubs though.
surprised they didn't bring in lewandowski with him wanting to go there so bad. im surprised benzema is still there as he isn't the best any more. but who would pay his wages and transfer fee ?

I see both Hazard and Salah at Madrid next summer. Barca will win their league again (and Atletico will be 2nd I think) and Real aren’t the dominant force in Europe anymore. Perez will go nuts next year to reduce the gap.

If ever there was an example of how little football clubs give a shit about their fans this is it. Boycott the games, they'll soon change their minds. If this ever happened in the premier league I'd be done with football.

www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/article-6071115/Real-Madrid-report-Inter-Milan-FIFA-alleged-illegal-approach-Luka-Modric.htmlReal Madrid have reported Inter Milan to FIFA over their pursuit of midfielder Luka Modric. A FIFA spokesperson confirmed that football's world governing body had received a complaint from the Spanish club regarding the Serie A side's attempt to sign Croatia international Modric. Given that the Italian transfer window closes on Friday evening, it appears certain that Inter will not succeed in their mission to lure Modric away from the Bernabeu The 32-year-old came on as a second-half substitute in the UEFA Super Cup against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, a game Atletico won 4-2 after extra-time. That was Real's first match since Cristiano Ronaldo signed for Juventus for £100million in the summer and since Zinedine Zidane was replaced as manager by former Spain coach Julen Lopetegui. Modric joined Real from Tottenham in 2012 and has won La Liga once and the Champions League four times with the club.

La Liga have been fucking desperate for years to catch up to the PL in terms of global viewership. They experimented with some really odd kick offs to try and get the Asian market to watch but had little luck. I presume they've now pivoted to the US but I can't see American fans taking LL over the PL for a number of reasons. The U.S has a huge Hispanic community, though.

Much will depend on how it is "marketed" If done right, the U.S. not only has that large Hispanic community in place, but many other ethnic communities that are going to embrace football, an I think that there is a huge potential female audience as well. One that listens to their husbands an boyfriends talk 'murican football, and who could well embrace REAL football.
I see huge potential for viewership, there is already a large base, and potential to create an even larger one.
