The mail (I know!) had an article where it said he failed a medical at Milan. They said he had problems with his teeth which they feared could lead to spinal problems ...I actually have no idea how they could tell that but it would be something to consider if he did have possible spinal problems. Unless he's got teeth worse than Suarez then I'm sure his teeth are fine? Also i dont see how his teeth can damage his spine? maybe they're too long? They didn't say his teeth will injure the spine. What they meant was they noticed some obvious pathology in his teeth which could point to a more sinister disease brewing in his spine. I'm not sure of his exact condition but it seems to make sense since both teeth and bone formation are regulated by calcium metabolism.

www.icnr.com/cs/cs_12.htmlDid a bit of digging. This could be a cause. "........a malocclusion that involved a 1.5 millimeter loss of vertical height from the posterior teeth. This seemingly insignificant amount was the underlying cause of Walter's low back pain. A loss of vertical tooth height will cause compression of the spine. Such a "minor discrepancy" will be missed by 99.9% of all dentists. This functional relationship will also be missed by most orthopedic medical doctors, neurologists and even most chiropractors. The dental/low back connection involves several functional links: muscles that connect the upper cervical area and a dural tube which surrounds the brain and passes through the base of the skull and connects all the way down to the sacrum. This craniosacral system works like a slinky. Distortions from above will influence structures below and visa versa." That's it I'm going to the dentist right fucking now.

Cissokho has been terrible for a couple of years by all accounts. I'd love us to keep Fabio at Utd next season and do this mental thing like playing him in about 15 games at left back, getting him experience and allowing Paddy a rest.

I have heard some crackpot ideas in my time but this takes the biscuit!

Seems like we're intent on bringing in three midfielders.

Pep was willing to sell Thiago this summer if he got the player(s) he wanted.
The new manager is apparantly keen on keeping Thiago as he rates him and wants to give him game time, so i doubt we will get him

Seems like we're intent on bringing in three midfielders. I would be very, very surprised if this happened. Unless your counting Powell, of course.

Full story: Daily Mail A while back Tatty, you said we were interested in buying a young midfielder from an elite European team. We'd been linked with him in the past and, from our responses, you said that it wouldn't be the player we wanted most. Any light on this? Or was this Kagawa?

Manchester United are gearing up to take advantage of Harry Redknapp's departure as Tottenham manager by signing two of the London club's best players - midfielder Luka Modric, 26, and winger Gareth Bale, 22.
Tottenham look set to pip Newcastle in the race to sign Manchester United starlet Ezekiel Fryers, 19, as the defender has apparently failed to agree an extension to his contract which expires next month.
