If he goes and if he goes to Atletico, then surely we should swap him + cash for Falcao?
But yeah, not gonna happen.

The one piece I do believe is true is that Falcao is heading to Chelsea.

Everyone is saying if Chelsea get Falcao, the league is over. However, if we got him. . . Valencia -- Cleverley -- Kagawa Rooney Falcao -- Van Persie

Hernandez won't be at United for much longer. He'll be off to spain within the next 2 seasons unless the situation changes. a player of his class and ability can't sit on the bench, especially at that age.
as it stands he's 4th choice striker, arguably 5th if you class kagawa as a (hole) striker, argaubly 6th ( yes sixth) if valencia is pushed into a front 3 which is a possibility.
i thought this would be his season what with having a summer off at last. he's just not getting a chance is he. he looked so good during his first season, i thought we had a real break out star.

Call me a romantic but I honestly don't think he'll leave that easily jim. If he was at a bigger club before United, maybe, but he came from absolute anonymity to playing for the biggest team on the planet. He's stated time and time again he is happy to make whatever contribution he can and surely he understands (or the gaffer has explained to him) that you can't leave out RVP in the form he's in and Wazza with his work rate and contribution to our all round game.
My thinking is we need to make a habit of bringing him on for the last 20-30 mins, when he's dynamite. He'll score loads of goals and strikers who bag goals are generally happy.

i know what you mean. but if / when he grows frustrated and one of the big two in spain come calling i can't see 20 minute cameos dissuading him.
he does seem a very down to earth guy. doesn't mean he won't put his career first.
i havent got the same gut feeling i had about tevez when berba arrived. i knew that night we signed berba that it would all end in tears with tevez. but if there is going to be a casualty of being loaded up front i can't see it being van persie, rooney or welbeck.

Chelsea want FALCAO not hernandez,I wish we could screw em and give ATL madrid hernandez and money for him. We would have the strongest firepower on the planet.

Whilst we'd score many goals, probably, the former line-up consists of almost 4 strikers, a winger and a midfielder. We'd be annihilated defensively. haha
