throwing his elbows at people and taking cheap shots isn't the sort of nasty streak we are looking for, yeah we miss a bit of aggression but is he a player who will put his body on the line with a massive will to win? i'm not too sure

Good to see that sort of action though, you'd hope with Moyes obviously taking no shite that it won't happen again. We've had players in the past that have had a bit of nastiness about them and people have often said we lack that real presence in the middle so maybe he could give us both.

Haha, i just think dismissing someone cos of a couple bookings/sendings off is daft, given that the lad can actually play football, plays in a position we need and the club has had plenty of players who have done similar in the past.
Plus it's not like we are only allowed to sign 1 midfielder. The team is too soft, it needs someone in there that the oppo are going to be wary of, there's no fear anymore.

Totally agree. Remember when Scholes came off the bench in Rome? First thing he did was cremate Busquets. And it was 65 minutes too late. We've missed that on a regular basis.

Aye, and Fellaini lamping Luiz after Rafael got sent off would have been deserved too if he was playing for us at the time.
Or Carroll & Nolan when De Gea had both of them in his face and not 1 teammate to help.

i'm not dismissing him personally, i think he could do a good job in our midfield.
just don't like him. yeah keane features in some video nasties, but the bloke would die for the shirt. cantona was a naughty boy sometimes, but he lifted old trafford off the ground. if fellaini makes a similar impact then we'll tolerate all of that shit, otherwise he's just a cunt and needs to keep his elbows to himself, it's 2013 and nani got sent off for trying to bring down a ball.
