Is there anyway to just get straight into playing the Prem etc. or do you have to do Be a Pro or Manager modes? I just want to play with the current squads as they are for a year!

Just played FIFA 09 just to see how it was. Beat City 7-2!
What a team we had back then. Rooney, Ronaldo and Tevez was just a dream team. Berbatov's arrival upset the balance really. Tevez just ended up being a total twat. Didn't see it coming back then. Dream land!
Also City back then were nothing. 4 (video) games later, they are the richest club in the World with some World class players and current English champions.

Isnt there an option to just play a normal season? Youve got Career then youve got an option for a Season.

Ultimate team - online play building your dream team Skill Games - new feature doing skill challenges Online - speaks for itself, your normal online play. Career - Choose a career player or manager EAC FC - new feature for online play EAC Matchday - again another online feature Game Mode - this is tournament and be a pro games. Seasons - This is another online option I beleive. So to answer your question Bestie I beleive Career is the choice you need unless im mistaken. |

Since the PS3 update, every time I go onto contracts in career mode, the game crashes. Annoying since De Gea is on the transfer list because I can't offer a new contract

I lost my first career that way. It's all over the net.
One way to get around this, Chris, is to go to squad report, you can manage contracts through there. It's the only way I could keep playing.

Inevitably you'll lose one of your campaigns at least, with or without the update. They're working on a much larger fix that'll come out in a while, the crashes are a bug in the game.
Sometimes just in the buying/selling section, sometimes just in menu etc.
