How is Will Keane getting on these days? I know he with QPR on loan but how much has he been set back after the serious injury? Difficult to tell as QPR brought in another 3 strikers the same day they took him on loan. He gets game time, but I think Kevin Doyle and Maiga is the preferred partnership there, until Charlie Austin is back fit.

It really pisses me off when a club agree to loan a player and then don't bloody play him! Surely THAT is the point of the loan deal in the first place. I think there should be some kind of minimum game time guarantee built in to these deals...

Hope he is included in our pre-season tour. Looked classy and composed on the ball in whatever little I seen him. I also recall a few guys in here mentioning he has all the tools to make it.

Apparently Everton have to pay £100k for every game Deolofeu doesn't play when he's fit.

If you look at some of the players we have got coming through (including Zaha) then we have a really decent bunch:
Powell Lingard Zaha Pereira Only two Keanos Wilson Barmby Janko Ekangamene Blackett Pearson
I know there are others and we have been through this before but fuck me...that is a lot of talent just there...
I think I would favour the system where we could have a Man Utd 'B' team playing in the lower leagues to bring these kids through and get them good competitive game time...or buy a feeder club...it would be good if we could keep things under our control - (caveat - maybe not under DDs control!)

Macheda knock another 2 in for Birmingham tonight.
That's 5 in 8 games.
Get him back!

Powell scored on his first game back for Wigan.
Mental game too, 1-0 up to the 82nd minute, now it's 3-3!

Wilson's was lovely as was Rothwells....but dear jesus you'll have to go a long way to see a better hit than Janko's. That had another 20 yards in it. A laser guided missile!
