Not due for release until the second quarter of next year, but new details were released recently so I thought I'd get in here early. I'm not a big gamer, but if there's one game guaranteed to get me excited it's a GTA release. Apparently this one will will have a map bigger than GTA IV, San Andreas and Red Dead Redemption combined. SO it's fair to say it's going to be big.  And unlike previous GTAs, you won't be controlling the main protagonist. No, you'll be controlling three of them. Anyway, here's the link for anyone who wants to read up on it; www.gtav.net/ |

yeah i'll be playing this for sure.
i can't believe the map will be that big? IV and Red Dead maps were big. San Andreas was v. big with all that desert and stuff. bigger than all 3 combined? fuck me. then again if you are playing as 3 dudes dotted around the map it makes sense i guess.

I never played RDR but i did play RDR nightmare which was a belting game really loking forward to the next GTA great franchise.

i'd recommend Read Dead, 100%. cracking game. i liked undead nightmare as well but it wasn't as good as the main game.

Yeah, it's a GTA thread. Not an " I <3 GTA" thread. Which means it is a thread for those who have an opinion about GTA. My opinion is that it sucks donkey nuts. Doesn't mean only those who like GTA can post on here. You should probably go on catching those who don't like Skyfall as well in the skyfall thread then?

The Skyfall thread is about a film that's already out and people have seen. This is a thread to get excited about the upcoming GTA game. Seems stupid to post in it if you "hate" GTA.

Good to see some people are okay with freedom of speech, expressing an opinion and all that... Well it doesn't suck donkey nuts. It seems to be a well made game with solid design, production values etc. I just find it to be extremely boring most of the time. The missions etc don't make me want to play it at all . Just can't be bothered enough about the protagonists/antagonists either. |
