I just want these cunts to face the music some way, some how. They are literally laughing at the legal process which can't find them guilty even though there is a mountain of evidence. It will probably end up with them paying a 50 grand fine.

Twice now they’ve been rumbled. UEFA found them guilty and fucking CAS bottled it (or worse). Once this gains traction the heat will be turned up by other clubs in the league. They’re breaking competition rules. Simple as that.

They have so blatantly cheated and absolutely everybody knows about it. That's the galling thing.

Pleased that the veil of secrecy bias been lifted by the judges and the case can now be reported on properly, well done Their Honour’s. Well done to Rui Pinto to who provided the incriminating emails and is still ‘helping’ the Premier League with their case, poor bugger’s in witness protection in Portugal!

If this story is true then Kane is the perfect recruit for Citeh. Thought he had more class than that-i e, compare his behaviour with that of Varane who’s not said or done anything to disrespect his current club.

Yeah I can understand Kane's frustrations but he is being a bit of a dick about it with his very pointed comments to Gary Neville earlier in the year about how ultimately it is up to him and what is best for his career implying Tottenham owe him a move and now this.
He signed a six year contract in 2018 so Tottenham have no obligation to sell for less than his market value which is much closer to the £150m Levy wants rather than the £100m City are looking to pay (and Harry himself suggested). And he isn't exactly helping Tottenham get a good price for him with his comments and actions.
Apparently City are trying to get Grealish to force a move as well. So wouldn't put it past them to be egging Kane on in the hope of getting him on the cheap.
Levy has never done us any favours so I'd be pissed if he caved and sold Kane to City for £100m. He should stand his ground and if Kane wants to ruin his professional reputation by downing tools then that is on him.

I actually don't blame Kane too much, can only imagine the guff that Levy has told him and probably not stuck to. The only side of it that I have no sympathy with Kane for is that he signed that new contract recently but that protected his value for Spurs at least

Kane needs to realise that he can leave if £150 million cold hard cash is stumped up upfront. Regardless of what Levy said behind closed doors, Kane signed the contract and he really has no one to blame. The prudent move would have been to wait, tell them that you aren't signing as you want to see what the situation is in a year. He signed because he wanted the money and now in return Levy wants an absolute pile of cash.

He's got to be smarter before signing his contract. He should have either taken a smaller contract or not signed a new one at all.

The fucking gall here. One club who have no fucking right making these signings while under investigation, another player openly breaching contract. Ludicrous.

Yeah it was seriously dumb to sign a 6 year contract for a club that despite progressing leaps and bounds under Pochettino still hadn't come close to winning anything. A 3 year contract would have allowed him to see if the upward trajectory could continue and if Levy kept his promises and if not seek a move to a bigger club that could match his ambitions.
And definitely behind the scenes Manchester City have been encouraging him to force a move so they can get him at a discount. I don't think it is any coincidence that in the Gary Neville interview Kane specifically mentioned £100m as a potential transfer price which is obviously close to what City are looking to pay.
Sets a terrible precedent if City can break the British transfer record twice in one summer in the midst of a global pandemic that has crippled the finances of most clubs while being under investigation for unfair financial practices.

Whilst I understand the situation if Kane did indeed have a gentlemans agreement with Levy that he could go, and feels that Levy has reneged on that;
my question to Kane would be - What the fuck did you expect??
It's Daniel Levy. He's already done this previously to Modric. What on earth were you thinking expecting Levy to uphold his side of things.
I'm on the fence about the contract too. On one hand, don't sign a 6 year deal Harry, that shit is on you. But, on the other, if he's signed it because Levy has told him "Poch will be here for a decade, we're going to release X amounts of funds to him to sign 2 or 3 top, top class players every summer" etc; and then went and sacked Poch and cried skint, you can't really blame Kane for then arguing he signed a contract under false pretenses, to a degree.
