I don't see what is wrong if two "private" and non-Abramovich related companies agree to such sponsorhips...we'll get fat cheques from Nike and Chevrolet in the next few years too...

FFP is supposed to make sure that clubs spend what they earn and not more (like sheikh and Roman giving their private money so they spend 100m a year more than they earn). More money from sponsors (not the ones tied to royal families like the etihad deal) is a legitimate way to make sure they are within FFP. I don't see the problem

Funny how if there was no FFP the sponsor would probably be half that. It rips the piss out of the whole purpose of it.
