I don't think it really matters if Wenger has the money, he signs pretty much the same player every window and rarely signs the players he needs to make the team better, which is exactly what we have been doing 3 of the last 4 transfer windows and it's very frustrating when you see professionals making mistakes every football fan knows is bollocks.

He can't resist a techinal midfielder and would probably play a 4-6-0 formation if possible with a constantly rotating front six. Arsenal have needed a striker since RVP but he kept buying midfielders and wingers in the hopes of making them strikers. Sad to see the game pass him by like this but it happens.
