Best place to put this made me chuckle. Watching England v India test match and just heard a decent volume chant of 'We're Man United, we know what we are'
Gwan lads!!
Edit: Now singing the Kolo Kolo, Yaya Yaya song, shows this games getting a bit dull!

England are looking really jaded in the Ind-Eng series, though the Indian team is very inexperienced. Similar to what happened to Eng in the Football WC. Captain Cook who was hailed till last year, seems to be one of the main culprits similar to Captain Steven G. If England put up a fight in the next 3 matches, it would be an interesting series between 2 evenly matched teams.

Amazing batting from India, Now need 159 runs from 37 overs with 8 wickets in hand. Will be a massive confidence boost if we can win this one

yep didn't think we'd be going for the win, was thinking teams would settle for a draw. The pitch sint made for Tests, its more one day.
Flat track no seam movement good for the batsmen, not much in it for the bowlers

Flat track no seam movement good for the batsmen, not much in it for the bowlers I think we should go for it, Brisbane and Melbourne is going to be very tough for us to win with the pace and bounce those pitches would have, so we need to win this one and Sydney to give us any chance of winning this series. Still we have Kohli and Vijay at the crease with Rahane and Rohit yet to bat who can also score quickly. I am confident we can win this one.

Well if our bowlers can stay fit, think this time around they will trouble the Aussies a bit more than usual on those tracks. That said i completely agree, win this one when its possible, never one for tomorrow.
Plus it sets up the series nicely. Go for the win

Went for a win, but the move backfired. No regrets though. Brave declaration from Aussies and bold decision from Indians to go for the chase instead of settling for a draw. All ingredients of an exciting test match. Lyon held his nerve, some Indian batsmen couldn't. All part of the game. Hope this turns out to be an exciting series rather than a rout.

it was going for the win, but i felt after Vijay's wicket it was more of a capitulation. Go for the win by all means but be sensible about it rather than throwing ur bat around at everything or going down the track. COuld have been better handled
Still good playing by Virat and Vijay.looks like it will be a good series.

We missed MSD today, He would have surely made the difference. One player should have played aggressively and other should have hold one end to make sure if we lose wickets he can guide us to a draw.
Anyway well played Kohli and feel sorry for Vijay who is making this a habit of getting out in 90s.

I was like WTF!! come one. he had got a boundary just earlier. Things could have been different had he stayed i am guessing

Could have done without all the on-field arguing and antics - not much respect shown for a supposed tribute to Phil Hughes

Dhoni retires from Test cricket
MS Dhoni has retired from Test cricket with immediate effect following the drawn Test against Australia at the MCG. Virat Kohli will take over as India captain for the final Test of the series, which India has already lost, in Sydney.
Thats a shocking decision, MSD may not be a great captain in Overseas but in India his record is phenomenal. I don't know who is going to replace him as captain, don't think Kohli is ready yet.

Mate, lately he has regressed as a test captain and had become very defensive. I think he has made a wise decision which will allow him to concentrate on T20s & ODIs. However, I was surprised by the timing of the decision. Mid-series announcement will raise a few eye-brows.

My concern is not about MSD retiring, I think its a wise decision too but who is going to replace him? With MSD I know India is not going to do well in overseas but I can be confident that we will surely win the series at home, I just dont want some immature new captain to spoil our home record.
