Personally I think it’s a good move. This guy is a specialist.
We have identified a problem area and are addressing it.
I would have thought that most people would be pleased that we are being proactive for once...

Pleased yes because its been the elephant in the room all last season, my point being it highlights the poor coaching that exists now to not be able to deal with it. I'm not being negative I'm being realistic.

Anything else is just being negative for the sake of it.

They have identified an area of weakness and are mature enough to realise it’s beyond their current ability therefore get an expert in. That is the progress we have all been calling for and long may it continue. Ole must realise his success and failure will be a balance of the right coaches and right players with him managing the show

Does anyone for a single second think Pep knows anything g about defending set-pieces? Of course not, they’re an inconvenience to him. He’s realistic enough to know that they are a huge part of the game in England so you can be damned sure he’s gotten help. Ole does the same and yet this is somehow a further example of the paucity of the coaching set up at Utd? Baffling.

Great appointment. Did Klopp not hire a throw-in coach?

Now he needs a guy that can tell him when and how to make substitutions and in game adjustments, what is that position called again, head coach?
