Once pep goes too, we might be able to catch up once we get the football side of things in order.

The only thing I'm afraid of is that they'll get Xabi Alonso next, who seems to be excellent, but happy times for now!

This really makes you appreciate SAF even more, being able to do this job for so many years and keep us at the top for the vast majority of it.

Klopp is an exceptional manager; better than Pep IMO. But him already having enough at a club that hasn’t had anything close to the expectation and scrutiny that Sir Alex had to manage under just shows how much of a one-off the great man was.

There is a perverse flip side to that(it made it easier for the Glazers to stay) SAF should probobbally have walked when they trousered the ronaldo money(even the customers inside OT may have turned on them at that point in time).

Early days, but he is unbeaten with Leverkuson and on course to winning the league in his first attempt. We don't often see Bayern ending up second best in the German league.Think last time they lost it was against Dortmund, when Klopp was their manager. I would rather Liverpool get someone else !

I don't watch German football but I know how rare top managers are and I'm willing to bet that job would crush most people.
