Funny how Michael keane gets so much of a pass though. Been crap every time I've seen him. There are numerous other examples. Our fans can be very elitist. How many times have you seen him? Not many. Most people hhaven't seen bebe many. Michael Keane's 21 and unlikely to male it here Bebe will probably be a good player Benfica and play a lot in Europe. No reason for all the hate.

How is it odd that a youth player that has come through the ranks gets a free pass (even though I rate him highly)? That's the antithesis of odd, our youth products deserve our faith - a 7 million player that hasn't completed a full season doesn't. Everyone who plays here should get support. Keane will have my btw. Everyone thought Young was useless two weeks ago.

Keano is still young - he was exceptional on loan (twice) which is great for a defender his age.
Young, eager defenders have momentary lapses and make mistakes. Bebe could well have a decent career but he was never going to become a superstar. Would you rather keep Bebe in the team than give Zaha gametime on the wing, or perhaps eventually signing Reus?
He wasn't going to get gametime consistently and he didn't have the composure to play regularly for United.

Keane may or may not be crap but he looks a professional footballer that Bebe never did in his time with us.
Some LVG fella said "We are looking at defenders but I like Blackett and Keane"
Tell you what I find odd: Our youth products are easy scapegoats like Clev and Welbz. Not saying TC is class but the abuse he copped last season was disgraceful. Don't even get me started on Danny.

Ashley Young is 29 and our 4th top earner, we had reason to ridicule his performances.

But some people have seen plenty of Michael Keane, was my point. At reserve level. It's completely different. How many players have been lauded on here and turned out to be nowhere near good enough for United. I'm not going to argue this one all night though. He's gone and that comment was days ago. It's Premier League time.

Exactly, I have a Blackburn-supporting friend who was absolutely gutted when he returned, they were extremely pleased with his loan. Also, he's a youth international from u/17 up.
