For a guy who hasn't played in ages, no bad, eh? Ole said post match that he is one "of the best going forward that I have seen". Also, " we need to teach him defending" - That's exactly why DD froze him out

That's the one. How can he let a player like that leave and keep picking the likes of Young?

Oh Zeus, Young has no clue how to defend, thats a myth.
Zaha did more in one game as a sub in terms of exciting play, vision and range of passing then Young did in whole season for us. I have no idea how we allowed Zaha to leave. Since we bought him last season, I expected him to be a starter for us instead of Young but I was very very wrong apparently.
Anyway, good thing the lad got away for the season and that he will get a lot of EPL games under his belt. Hopefully next season, our new manager will value him as he should and give him the place in the team he deserves. He's one of the most exciting Englishmen I've seen since Beckham.

If Zaha was being terrible in training, it was Moyes job to take him by the shoulders and excite him about the prospect of first team football, i.e. Work hard lad, prove to me that I'm wrong. Come to training on time, show me what you can do, and I will give you your 90mins worth to prove me exactly how wrong I am. Look at Januzaj, I will give you the chance if you prove it to me.
Something along the lines of that.
Of course we might never know how Moyes have dealt with Zaha, but he should have at least done that I hope. If that didn't work, and Zaha was being a douche about it... then Moyes might have a point to freezing him out.
But if Moyes froze him out without saying anything... Sigh.

I wonder what Ole thinks of Zaha in training? A game-turning performance for Cardiff. Imagine if Wilf actually trained!

So Zaha's third only appearance for 52 mins this season versus Young 18th appearance for a full game resulted in the following stats: Zaha --- Young Pass Accuracy: 92% --- 76% Crosses/Accurate Crosses: 2/1 --- 9/1 Long Balls/Accurate Long Balls: 1/1 --- 3/1 Through Balls/ Accurate Through Balls: 1/1 --- 0/0 Key Passes: 2 --- 0 Successful Dribbles: 1 ---- 0 Successful Tackles: 2 ---- 0

Moyes should be sacked just for this. What in fucks name does he want from an attacking wide player? What is he looking at in training? Does he have eyes or potatoes pretending to be eyes? Goes to prove he is a shite manager who wouldn't know talent if it fucked his daughter. Oh wait.

There were one or two people arguing that theu didn't see anything in Zaha and Moyes was right to not play him. I cannot believe he hasn't been played this season. We will sell Zaha, Kagawa and possibly Rafael at this rate.

I still fail to understand how we see things that are perfectly obvious but DD and / or his staff don't see ut... Kags is a top quality player but is used badly and subbed when he doesn't produce a miracle, yet Young gets game after game, Zaha has shown he is a truly exciting prospect and can't even get on the bench sometimes, yet Young gets game after game and he clearly doesn't fancy Rafael as he put Smalling on in preference against Stoke...talk about erode the kids confidence... I'm truly pissed off....

No idea why he hasn't been given the slightest of chances this season, it's not like he's not got more experience than Januzaj and he's got game time.
Easily worth more than he's got given how bad our wingers have been.
