What I find amazing about him is the fact he's only 5ft 10 yet he can out jump most players for the ball, has a hell of a leap on him.

Players like Toby Faletau seem to have been picked simply because he's Welsh. I disagree with this aswell, Faletau is the best number 8 in the northern hemisphere by a country mile that's why he was picked, nothing to do with being Welsh. As for BOD he's having a cracking game in the centre. Think the pairing against the Aussies will be either BOD - Tuilagi or BOD - Roberts. |

Bit more of a shuffle around for Gatland for the Queensland Reds game. Hopefully see more of the same from the Lions, although Owen Farrell getting broken into pieces wouldn't be a bad thing.

I'd have thought so, he's far more effective in the middle of the field than Farrell, Farrell is a one trick pony that can only kick and with the way Halfpenny has been kicking Farrell won't get a look in. Think the 2 places guaranteed for the first test have to be Halfpenny, Sexton and Phillips. |

Very entertaining game, think the reds shocked a few with that performance. Some lovely build ups and some sloppyness but overall a very nice victory. Starting to highlight who the main contenders are for that first test.

Great Game.Nice to see more of a fight put up by the opposition.Hopefully Bowe will be okay and this won't be the start of an injury crisis

I'd almost be tempted to leave North on the bench up until tje tests, thats how important he is. Like to see Visser called up. He's a serious poacher. |
