Took a prem side to pens tonight, they controlled the game but didn't really have any memorable moments.
Tielemans really showed his class last half hour, Maddison pure class when he came on.
The difference between a league 2 and prem side is just the speed of everything

We have Burnley at home, happy with that, and City host the scouse. My hometown team, Gillingham are away to Wolves which will put a few quid in their coffers!

Every new manager needs a bit of luck. And the only teams to really worry about in the last 16 are Liverpool and Manchester City who are conveniently drawn against each other. Hopefully Liverpool beat Manchester City next round as we seem to have their number this season. But of course the real nightmare would be if Newcastle took advantage and won their first proper silverware since the mid 50s. So we need Erik to field strong teams and win this competition.

I wouldn’t rule out Newcastle unfortunately. We need Howe to revert back to the previous one.

Everton at home in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. Could be worse.
