I will be devestated if anyone but Adnan gets the 11 shirt. It should be the most highly coveted shirt in the squad and an exremely talented youth player should get it. should also be a left sided player. I think you mistyped the number 7 11

michael owen @themichaelowen 4m So, Juan Mata is on the verge of a move to United. A little dickie bird tells me there is more good news for United fans coming soon! #tease UN DOS TRES!! LIVING LA VIDAL LOCA!! Not that it's going to happen... I would jizz my socks. For me, I don't think "more good news" is necessarily transfer-related. Too vague. I reckon it might be Wayne's contract.

It'll be Rooney's contract.
Also, just a thought, how exactly is Mata going to flourish with Rooney forcing all the forward play to go through himself?

True, personally I think of all the strikers rvp and Hernandez are more likely to leave. I really don't see Rooney going anywhere and he maintains early season form then great he should stay, him mata and adnan interchanging positions and causing havoc would be delightful. Remove Rooney and throw in kagawa and I think the 2 center mids are going to have to work extra hard as the front 3 won't help out,

Juan Mata grows increasingly frustrated with Chelsea for stalling transfer to Manchester United
Juan Mata was waiting on Thursday night for Chelsea to formally sign off his £37 million transfer to Manchester United after growing increasingly frustrated with the club’s failure to sanction his departure for a medical at Old Trafford.
Despite agreeing a four-and-a-half year contract worth £150,000-a-week at United, Mata remained in London on Thursday due to Chelsea’s refusal to complete the transfer agreement with the Premier League champions.
Ground staff at United’s Aon Training Complex at Carrington had arrived early on Thursday morning to prepare a helipad in order for the Spain midfielder to fly north for a medical.
But with Chelsea delaying Mata’s departure until they had completed the signing of FC Basel’s Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah, United were unable to proceed with the medical examination in Manchester.
United remain confident that a deal with be completed for Mata within the next 48 hours and senior figures at the club are currently unconcerned by the delays at the Chelsea end.

Why is it that United continue to deny ever making a bid? It has been made through a third party? What the fuck is that.
They have their explanations ready if it does not happen.

Well, that wasnt Moyes' fault to be fair. And Vidal is , to me, the most complete midfielder in the world so it would be worth it. Absolutely Stew. I wasnt blaming DM. Just that am unhappy at the way the whole situation has been managed by us. Jumping in a ditch and then calling out for help is not very smart for me. But, agree about Vidal, gem of a player Ah, shocking from a business point of view, I totally agree. At least they are fixing the problem though.
