I've just checked the menu. Beef rendang.Get the fuck in there.I had this in Langkawi and it was amazeballs, if they can cook this like i had over there i would be a very happy bunny indeed. |

Been to Ning several times ,a little expensive my liking.
Some suggestions
Pubs
Knott Bar,Cask,Turks Head,Marble Arch,Fringe Bar,pub on Oldham street forgot it's name ,Port St Beer House.
Curries
Cheapo ...Kabanas,This and That,restaurants Akbars,both EastzEast,Zouk,...best in Rusholme The Punjab ( pukka gen Indian)
Chinese or Asian
Try Thai,Little Yang Sing,Red Hot Chilli,Place above the supermarket on upper brook street ?
Pub crawls Chorlton and Didsbury.

I'm from Manchester myself so should be a help at hand for members who need info on the area...
First port of call for me.. Almost Famous
You will be expecting at least 30 minutes or more wait for a table as it's so bloody popular at the moment. Burger heaven though, it's like man ve food!!
If you're in Manchester get over to the great northern warehouse and give it a go.

If you're in Manchester get over to the great northern warehouse and give it a go. Fuck ever waiting 45 minutes, to sit down and then order a burger. You can pop to Solita in NQ, or go Red's BBQ and get seated almost instantly. And Almost Famous has always been popular, back when it was in a dingy attic in the Northern Quarter and you had to queue down some stairs and round the corner. |

Anyone been to grillstock? A guy at work just mentioned it. Albert square June 28/29. BBQ music and mayhem! Pulled pork and ribs yep I've just turned into homer.

Might have something to do with Red's that, as I'd not heard of that before. I shall attend. Oh YES! Red's True BBQ is also another mega shout for food.
