Lets all be brutally honest here. We have no hope in fucking hell of signing Kroos. If he does decide to leave Bayern, Chelsea,City,Madrid,PSG,Barcelona, will all be in for him. With no CL football next year he will run a mile from us. If he ever got to meet the ditherer he most certainly will not come near us. If Klopp was our manager through the next window then maybe. We said that about Mata & RVP. We definetly can sign him imo but we will fuck around and someone else will come in with a better offer.

Bayern Munich forward Toni Kroos left the door open for a switch to the Barclays Premier League in the summer amid reports Manchester United have expressed interest.
The 24-year-old has a season remaining on his contract with the reigning Champions League title holders, but a renewal has reportedly stalled and a profitable sale may interest Bayern as United plan a massive overhaul at the end of the season.
"It's no secret, the Premier League is a possibility for me," he said ahead of Bayern's Champions League second leg with Arsenal at the Allianz Arena.
"I've heard that people have written that I might go to England. But there's nothing new from my point of view.
"No decision has been made. The situation is that I don't have any agreement right at the moment [at Bayern]. On the other side there is no agreement in place anywhere," he said.
Bayern hope to convince Kroos to commit his future to the club and their financial director Jan-Christian Dreesen recently suggested they may up their offer - understood to be half of what United striker Wayne Rooney received to extend his stay at Old Trafford - to convince him to remain in Munich.
"Toni is a great talent, a good, good player. He's young. He can be better and better. He can improve," Bayern manager Pep Guardiola said.
"I said to him you have time to become an even better player. I hope he maintains his form this season - and for more seasons at this club.''
Reports in Germany however suggest Bayern are watching Borussia Dortmund's Ilkay Gundogan should Kroos decide to leave the club.

I have a semi on. If it happens, it could go all the way.

Fabregas never really flirted with United like Kroos is doing. I like the way Moyes is making himself seen at his matches and with his agent, it sends a clear message of intent. I hope it results in him signing for United.........

A world class CM we have been lacking for ages now? Regardless of who is in charge, having Mata and Kroos or top notch players can only be beneficial.

As things stand now, and we are willing actually to splash big money on players and pay them good wages, I don't see why Kroos wouldn't want to join. Excellent player, would make a ton of difference in our team and is exactly what we need. Unless Moyes is a cunt and Woodward even bigger cunt and don't offer the right deal. Read somewhere what his brother or father wrote, don't give a fuck really, but he said that it would be dream come true to play for United. Meaning, give us more money, we're in.

So, looking at Bayern's wage structure it's become clear that if we wanted to we could offer him wages surpassing their top earners (Ribery & Gotze).
Now, considering he's in his final year of is contract and could leave on a free if it runs down, he could realistically force the move. Imagine the message it'd send out if we finally shatter the presumptions that we're skint and offer him absolutely gigantic wages, even on par with Rooney. Especially if we sell some of the dead wood in the squad in the summer.
I.e.
"We're going to rebuild the squad and we'll only get the best, and pay them the best money too."
A team with History, an incredible stadium & a willingness to pay giant wages? I'd think twice before joining the Sheikhs &/or Oligarchs.

Can't help but feel we are being played here. Kroos expects Bayern to budge who are betting that ultimately no CL and working with DD will change his mind eventually.
In fact they won't mind losing him with Thiago as a more than capable replacement. However, I expect Kroos to soften his stance and accept what Bayern are offering and the typical "dream club, best in the world and never intended to leave" rhetoric.

My fear is more that a club like Chelsea/PSG/City come in with a sack-o-cash. Strangely, should he leave, I did make us slight favorites to sign him and here is why: Shitty is a non entity for any top player. Kroos previously has expressed his desire to play in PL ruling out PSG. No rentie is on more than 175 GBP and we will top any package they offer. Thanks to Wonderbollocks, wages close to him would make a player one of the best paid in the game. No CL didn't stop players from signing mega money deals and for a club of our repute, hardly a deal breaker.
