Bayern are coming. We still have time to disguise Old Trafford as a large shopping centre. Pretend we don't know who Bayern are when they arrive. Say they must have the wrong address. Who's with me?

I like it.
"You're going to want to head down Sir Alex way, over the bridge and past Sam Platts, er.. Old Trafford's what you're looking for, right?"

'It's that big blue stadium out in Stockport you're looking for lads , Manchester FC is it?...
Oh shit, you've already played them this season, haven't you. Lost to 'em an' all.'

I'm now feverishly hoping Bayern turn up and play the game of their season. Never will I want us to lose but nothing will stop us getting hammered in a week's time anyway. De God the only guy who stands between a decent defeat and abject humiliation. EDIT: The fact that I even typed the last line and is true shows just how far DD has dragged us down

Bayern Munich completed over a thousand passes vs Hertha Berlin: They're about a month away from coloring in the entire pitch.

Our total passes will be their failed ones alone. And most of those did be side and back. Fucking hell.

Raymond Verheijen @raymondverheije 34m The visit of Bayern Munich & Guardiola to Old Trafford will have the cosmic impact of an asteroid or comet, ending the reign of a dinosaur.

to be fair, that passing stat just looks more like Pep has taken his brand of 'make teams fall asleep football' to a different club
